Welcome to Hidden Moon UK Boutique.

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the purchase and sale of pre-loved Mother of the Bride, Prom and Bridal dresses from our boutique and online. It also includes the sale of new occasion wear including but not limited to Flower Girl, Christening and Communion Dresses, Prom, Bridal and Occasion dresses. By making a purchase or selling to Hidden Moon Boutique, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SELLING TO HIDDEN MOON BOUTIQUE DRESS AGENCY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are a Dress Agency, therefore we sell items on behalf of our clients.

We work on a 50/50 commission split. We pay 50% commission in £ upon sale at the agreed selling price..

Commissions are payable by bank transfer.

Realistic sale prices are advised by us and mutually agreed between ourselves.

Our reputation relies on us stocking only the very best, therefore all items must be clean, pressed and in as-good-as-perfect condition.

We accept high end high street and designer brands. We do not accept supermarket or fast fashion brands as they do not hold any resale value.

We do reserve the right to decide not to take in stock, or delay the display of an item depending on the QTY of stock we currently hold. Please do not take offence we will always be open and honest if this is the case.

As standard we will hold your stock for 12 weeks, after this date we will contact you to decide how to proceed. We can either

Readvertise for another 12 weeks and review

Reduce the sell price

Return the item to you (via post or collection)

Donate the stock to a chosen mutually agreed charity

We cannot be held responsible for breakages or damage caused to items within the dress agency.

Items will be tried on and handled during the 12 week period. We will however make sure care and attention is always present.

Your items are not covered by Hidden Moon Boutiques Insurance while they are in the Boutique

We determine the selling price based on factors like brand, condition, style, and market demand. Our goal is to set a fair price that attracts buyers while ensuring you get the best possible return.

When will I receive my portion of the sales?

Once your items are sold, you’ll receive your share of the profits. Payments are typically processed weekly through bank transfer.

How does it work?

Our Dress Agency offers a unique way to refresh your wardrobe and earn money, specialising in high-end, good condition and dry cleaned occasion wear such as bridesmaid dresses, prom gowns, mother-of-the-bride/groom outfits, and bridal wear. We also accept accessories like hats, fascinators, handbags, and shoes. Once ready, your items are showcased in our boutique or online store. When they sell, we split the profits with you, making it an easy and sustainable way to give your pre-loved fashion a new life while you earn.
